Welcome to SnapQuilt. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SnapQuilt app and website. By accessing our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

SnapQuilt and all its associated digital assets, including but not limited to the quilt generation algorithms and pattern tracker, are the exclusive property of Mora Innovations, LLC. References to 'we,' 'us,' or 'the Company' within these terms refer directly to Mora Innovations, LLC.

Subscription Plans & Pricing
SnapQuilt offers both a Free plan and optional paid subscriptions. By using SnapQuilt, you agree to the following pricing structure:
Free Plan:
A free version of SnapQuilt is available with limited features at no cost. No payment information is required for the Free plan.
Monthly Subscription (Plus/Pro):
$3.99 per month for Plus and $7.99 per month for Pro. Automatically renews each month unless canceled.
Annual Subscription (Plus/Pro):
$29.99 per year for Plus and $59.99 per year for Pro. Automatically renews each year unless canceled.
Auto-Renewal:
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your account settings.
Price Changes:
We reserve the right to change subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply only to future billing periods.
Billing & Third-Party Platforms

Your billing experience depends on your point of purchase:

Direct Web Billing: For subscriptions purchased directly through our website, billing is handled by our third-party payment processor.

App Stores: Subscriptions via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective terms of service. Billing, renewals, and payment method management are handled exclusively through your Apple ID or Google Account settings.

Cancellation & Access

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Web: Manage via your SnapQuilt account settings.

Mobile: You must cancel via the "Subscriptions" section of your iOS or Android device settings.

Access Post-Cancellation: You will maintain full access to SnapQuilt features through the end of your current paid billing period.

No Refunds Policy

General Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month or partial-year subscription periods.

Third-Party Refunds: * Apple App Store: We cannot process refunds for these purchases. You must request a refund directly from Apple Support.

Google Play Store: Refunds are subject to Google’s policies and must be initiated through the Google Play Help Center.

User Conduct & Content Removal

SnapQuilt is a platform for creativity and community. To maintain a safe environment, we enforce the following standards:

Prohibited Content: Users may not upload, share, or create any material that is hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

Right to Remove: Mora Innovations reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any content or patterns that we deem offensive, hateful, or in violation of these Terms without prior notice.

Account Termination: Repeated violations of our content standards may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and subscription without a refund.

Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

All patterns, designs, and content provided through SnapQuilt are the exclusive property of Mora Innovations.

Personal Use Only: Patterns are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Resale Prohibited: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, licensing, or sub-licensing any patterns or digital assets downloaded from the service.

No Derivatives: You may not modify our patterns to create new digital products for sale.

Limitation of Liability

SnapQuilt is provided "as is." Mora Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
