No Refunds Policy
General Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month or partial-year subscription periods.

Third-Party Refunds:

Apple App Store: We cannot process refunds for these purchases. You must request a refund directly from Apple Support.​​

Google Play Store: Refunds are subject to Google’s policies and must be initiated through the Google Play Help Center.

Technical Issues Clause
​
Sometimes users request refunds because the file "won't open" or the app "isn't working."
Technical Malfunction: If you are unable to access or download your patterns due to a technical error on our part, please contact us at info@morainnovations.com. We will first attempt to rectify the issue by providing the file manually or fixing account access. Refunds will only be considered if the technical issue cannot be resolved within [3-5] business days.

"Accidental" Purchase Clause

We cannot offer refunds for "accidental" purchases or if you simply change your mind after the digital assets have been made available to you. Please review your cart and plan selection carefully before completing the transaction.

Chargeback Warning
​
We encourage you to contact SnapQuilt support directly before initiating a chargeback through your bank. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your account and block future access to our services.
Subscription Renewal Reminder
​
Since you have Monthly and Annual plans, clarify that the user is responsible for cancelling before the next charge.

Renewal Charges: It is the user's responsibility to cancel their subscription prior to the renewal date. SnapQuilt does not provide refunds for renewals that occur because the user forgot to cancel.
